Sam helped us with the interview process to select a new consultant for our northern office. This was an important appointment, and the first step in growing the operation at a key location for the business, and choosing the right person in terms of skills and temperament was critical.
Sam was able to suggest questions and approaches which I hadn’t considered, despite having hired consultants many times in the past. Her input helped us to tease out key differences between candidates, and has given us confidence that we have recruited the right person.
As a small business, I wouldn’t normally use a recruitment consultant, but what Sam offers is different; more involved, targeted and better value.
