Why this award matters

When I started People Finding Consultancy, I wanted to do recruitment differently. After 20+ years in the industry, I’d seen far too many candidates frustrated and confidence based because they had been missold roles and clients fed up of turnover caused by poor hires. I knew there was a better way—one that values relationships, values fit and genuine partnership over quick hires.

This award validates the work I do with purpose-driven, founder-led businesses, helping them find the right people to build teams that last. It’s proof that taking a personalised, values-first approach works – not just for the businesses I support but for the talented people who become part of those teams.
